Enrichment
We are fortunate to be able to offer varied enrichment experiences to the children throughout the year. These special events engage the mind and the body, enhance our holiday celebrations and afford us the opportunity to enjoy special multi generational activities. Below are a sampling of some of our favorites.

Israeli Dancing Reading Time Visit to Golda Meir House |

At our weekly Shabbat celebration.
Rabbi Benjamin Shalva, our beloved "singing Rabbi," regularly comes to visit the classroom and leads the children in song.
Visiting at The Golda Meir House |
One of the highlights of our year is our imaginary trip to Israel. Bags are packed, the airplane is boarded and we're off for a week of exploration. The children participate in an archaeological dig, a visit to an orange juice kibbutz, a walk in the desert, climbing Mt. Masada and placing messages in the Kotel. Of course, no visit to Israel would be complete without a day of shopping at the shuk, sampling Israeli foods, swimming in the Dead Sea and sending postcards to our families back home in the States.

We have loved the warmth and compassion with which our child has been received in this community. I cannot imagine a group of teachers who are more dedicated to the growth of the children in their care. We will always treasure the memory of this experience." Eugene L. . Newton |
