Sale of Chametz

During Passover, we are not permitted to eat chametz or even have it in our possession. However, if we cannot dispose of all our chametz, we can sell it to one who is not Jewish. Since this sale must be legally valid according to Jewish law, it is customary to have the Rabbi act as agent to ensure it is a properly executed contract.

Please complete the following form, which designates Rabbi Daniel Berman as your agent to complete the sale of your chametz. Please return this form no later than 7:00 AM on the day before Pesach to Rabbi Berman
